Today I want to share with you my Recipe for Peanut Butter Cookies. The best part about these (besides how delicious they are) is they are not terrible for you! They are gluten free, dairy free and sugar free with the exception of a little bit of sugar that were in the chocolate chips.
Without further adieu, here is the recipe.
- 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Natural Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/4 Cup Almond Flour (I used Bobs Red Mill brand)
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Dairy Free Chocolate Chips (I didn’t measure these, I just pored em in till it looked right. #sorrynotsorry.)
Here's what chya do:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the peanut butter and the maple syrup together in a bowel.
In a separate bowl mix together the egg, baking soda, sea salt, almond flour and vanilla.
Combine your 2 mixtures and add the chocolate chips. However many you want. Be the master of your own destiny.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 mins. Let cool and enjoy!
