I’m Karley and I’m an adventure seeking, yoga loving, nutrition nerd. My goal here is to help people embrace real food. That means eating a nutrient-dense diet that consists of food that is as unprocessed and as close to it’s natural form as possible. That does not mean counting calories. It means eating when you’re hungry and stopping when you’re full. It means eating a predominantly plant based diet and really taking advantage of the nutrient-dense food that mother earth provides us. Most of my recipes are vegan, gluten-free and contain no refined sugar. I’m excited about eating food that nourishes my body and I love showing people how easy and delicious healthy food can be!
